What if I need help deciding my sizes?
We know it can be hard to decide so don’t worry! Each apparel product has an accompanying size guide so please be sure to check out the guide for each product to help you decide.
For our Signature Line, 7mesh sizing indicates that some body measurements are more important than others. Please refer to the size guide under each item to verify what fit you feel would work best for you. You can also check out the full 7mesh Sizing Guide here: https://7mesh.com/sizing-guide. If you find that you’re in between measurements, our team suggests using 7mesh’s super easy chat function to discuss which way to go!

When will I receive my order?
All packages are shipped through Canada Post, and your tracking number can be found on your order confirmation email. Refer to Canada Post’s estimated delivery times for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! All orders are shipped through Canada Post and your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay duties on my order?
Shipments outside of Canada may have duties applied to them. We can’t change or avoid any import fees associated with your order, and they are our customers’ responsibility to pay.
I entered the wrong address information. What should I do?
Mistakes happen! If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address information, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I return my items?
Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund (not including shipping fee). Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Can I exchange my items?
Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange it for a different size or style, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase date, and we will happily process your exchange for an item of equal value or issue store credit. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Can I return an item if I purchased it on sale or with a discount code?
Products purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned. If you used a discount code on a non-sale item, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options for returning or exchanging your item.
